Production employees
We have vacancies in the Product Cultivation, Technology and Sales departments. We will always check with you to see which department suits you the best.In Production, the cuttings are taken from the mother plants, planted and potted. In this department you will often work in a group. In addition to the manual work, you will also operate the machines for taking cuttings and potting. In the Cultivation Department you are the eyes of the Head Grower. You keep the crop free from diseases and weeds, you water dry spots and ensure that the greenhouse and tables are in good condition. For the handymen and/or women among us, you fix minor malfunctions and repair what is broken. Sales is a dynamic department, plants are sorted into different categories for quality, orders collected and packed in the requested way.
What do we expect from you?
You are available for at least 4 days a week from 07:30 to 16:00
You have a proactive attitude
You are physically fit, as the work consists of: standing, walking, stepping over pipes, lifting, bending down, etc.
You have a sense of responsibility
You are able to work independently and in a group
You speak the Dutch language or you speak understandable English
